CUSTOM SUIT ORDER PROCESS

1. Please fill out order form below. *If you are less than 6 weeks out from show date, please contact Rachel to ensure she has enough time to complete request.*
Late fee of $125 will be applied to orders less than 6 weeks out

2. After form is submitted, Rachel will contact you within 48 hours via email or text message to discuss your order. More information will be collected regarding suit design and payment. A $150 deposit will be required to be placed on the calendar for show date. *If you do not hear from Rachel within 48 hours, please click here*
Deposits are non-refundable.
*50% of payment due by 9 weeks out. If you are ordering suit at 9 weeks out or ordering closer to show than 9 weeks out, 50% of payment will be expected. If you have any questions or need to make other arrangements, please contact Rachel!

3. After deposit is placed, a fitting suit will be mailed out to collect data for the perfect fit for you (new clients or return clients needing new sizes). Rachel will begin sketching any designs needed for suit.

4. Payment plans are very flexible so please feel free to ask about payment plans if needed!
5. 50% of suit must be paid before rhinestone embellishment is started. Suits will not be mailed until 100% of suit is paid.

6. Sales final. SUIT PAYMENTS ARE NONREFUNDABLE.
